What is an ultrafiltration water purifier?

 The ultrafiltration water purifier is a device that purifies water using ultrafiltration technology, and the core component is an ultrafiltration membrane.  The filtration precision of the ultrafiltration membrane is 0.01 micrometer, which only allows the passage of water molecules, minerals and trace elements, and other such as colloid, rust, sediment, suspended matter, etc. will be intercepted by the ultrafiltration membrane to achieve water purification.

 Common faults and solutions for ultrafiltration water purifiers:

 1. Ultrafiltration water purifier has less water or no water

 If the water is not used for the first time, but there is water in the water inlet, then the installation order of the water pipes is incorrect.  At this time, only the wrongly installed water pipes need to be removed, and then re-installed in order according to the installation instructions.

 If it is used for a period of time without water or the amount of water is much smaller than usual, there may be a blockage of the water pipe or a blockage of the filter element.  If the water pipe is clogged, only the water pipe needs to be replaced or the water pipe is blocked. If the filter element is clogged, only the filter element needs to be cleaned. If the water output is small after cleaning the filter element, the filter element should be replaced.

 The turbid water means that the water purifier does not reach the water purification effect, and the water purification effect of the water purifier depends on the filter element. For this reason, the filter element must be faulty.  When this happens, only the filter element needs to be cleaned. If the water is still turbid after washing, it means that the filter element has reached the upper limit of its service life and a new filter element needs to be replaced.

 When this happens, first determine whether the powder is a real powder or a fake powder.  If it looks like a powder, but after receiving water for a while, it is only a bubble, then it is because the water pressure is too high, and the bubbles generated in this case have no effect on the human body and can be used normally.  If the real powder is flowing out, there are two reasons. One is that the new machine is not rinsed out, there is powder outflow, and the other is because the water hardness is too high.  If it is not rinsed out, just increase the rinse time until the powder disappears.  If the hardness of the water is too high, you only need to add a softened resin filter before the water purifier.

 There are two cases in which the ultrafiltration water purifier leaks water. One is that the end cover of both sides of the water purifier leaks water, and the other is that the interface part leaks.  If there is water leakage in the gap between the end caps on both sides of the water purifier, there are two reasons. One is that the screws are loose, and the other is that the inner waterproof rubber ring is leaking.  If the screw is loose, just tighten the screw. If the inner waterproof rubber ring is leaking, just replace the waterproof rubber ring.  Water leakage at the interface, it may be caused by perforation of stainless steel. If this problem occurs, the water should be disconnected in time, contact the merchant or the factory after-sales personnel for home repair.

 5 When the ultrafiltration water purifier is running, the sound suddenly becomes louder.

 When the ultrafiltration water purifier suddenly becomes loud when it is running, it is very likely that there is a problem with the internal parts of the machine.  When this happens, immediately cut off the water, disassemble, check whether the internal parts are damaged, if any, replace the damaged parts, then wipe off the dust inside the machine, and assemble them back to normal use.
